Consulting: FREE	When you write down your answers it helps you and it helps us help you. Get your FREE 15 minutes of consulting after you complete the "9" questions. It also gives us more time to get to know you, understand your needs and answer your questions.

Consulting: Included	With each service you purchase, you get a complimentary 15 minutes of consulting. However, with each individual service you purchase, you are required to purchase at least one hour of additional prepaid consulting. This allows us to make sure you can have the time to effectively communicate with us by email.

Consulting: Prepaid	Your satisfaction and good communication matters to us. We use email (better documentation) to provide specific guidance, answer questions, as well as deliver assessments, questionnaires, checklists and sign-offs. With each service, you are required to purchase at least one hour of additional prepaid consulting. This allows us to make sure you can have the time to effectively communicate with us by email. All communication is part of the consulting time. Consulting time includes the time we take to review and respond (including follow-up and possible redesign) to your emails. We will let you know when you have 15 minutes left of consulting time so you can decide if you want to purchase additional time. We provide simple documentation of how your consulting time was used. There is no refund on unused consulting time. Consulting time may be held for up to 3 months after your contract is signed. One prepaid hour is $75. Save money. Purchase a 3 hour block of consulting (use in 15 minute increments), at $65/hour, for a total fee of $195. Purchase a 6 hour block of consulting (use in 15 minute increments), at $60/hour, for a total fee of $360.

Customer Provides: Text, Links, Images	Customer must provide all text, links, images/logos/photos, prior to the start of the design process. A maximum of 200 words of text and 1 logo + 1 photo is permitted in the website banner. All information should be edited and proofed. Customers are responsible for content. Modifications to customer error will result in additional prepaid fees

Customer Provides: Feedback	Customer must provide feedback to the 1st draft in a timely manner (within 3 business days). All feedback must be written and sent by email. Any feedback after the 3 business day timeframe will be considered not part of the first draft process, and will be part of consulting time (so customer may have to purchase the time)..

Customer Provides: Written Okay	Customer must provide a written "okay" for the final modified version of the one-page website.

General: Logo	° Logotype only. ° Not illustrated logo. Illustrated logo is $1500.

General: Revisions	If additional revisions or modifications are required, the customer must provide the prepaid fees (based on the graphic designer estimates) at a rate of $75/hour.

Website: Included	The design of your website includes layout, selection of background colors, text colors and fonts, and placement of a banner with one logo and one image. Customer must provide all text, links, images/logos/photos, prior to the start of the design process. A maximum of 200 words of text is permitted per page. All information should be edited and proofed. Customers are responsible for content. Modifications to customer error will result in additional prepaid fees We provide one draft design and one modification which includes placement of text and links on the webpage.

Website: Not Included	The website design does not include the following: ° Does not include retouching, resizing or modification of photos or images. Prepaid fees for that service is $50 per item. ° Does not include additional phone or email consultations. Consulting options: 1 hour, 3 hours, 6 hours, your website review. ° Does not include copy writing, copy editing, or proofreading of text place on website. Prepaid fees for those services are $75/hour. ° Does not include multiple drafts or modifications of design. Prepaid fees for additional drafts, modifications or revisions is $75/hour. ° Does not include additional webpages. Prepaid fees for additional pages is $200/page with all text (200 word limit per page) and links ready for placement (pre-edited). Additional drafts, modifications, revisions of webpages must be prepaid at a fee of $75/hour.
